Started work at 1400 hours. Winter cover came off the boat for the first time this year, courtesy of the storm the night before. Fortunately the damage was limited to some bruises on the forward port side spray rail, which could use refinishing anyway, so God be praised. Micah did most of the heavy lifting and dis-assembly of the cover frame, and we carted it back to the shop for storage. Our new cover survived its first winter of service in pretty pristine shape. A few repairs next fall and it will surely be ready for another winter (and maybe more).
