RAII is believed to be the oldest power boat moored in Chicago. Her top speed is 17 knots. She is named for Robert and Allan Katz, whose family owned and maintained the boat in Belmont Harbor for 40 years.
She is the boat from which the WTTW-Channel 11 documentary Chicago by Boat was filmed in 2005. For the past two years, she was chosen by the Chicago Yachting Association for its annual Commodore’s Cruise of the Chicago Yacht Clubs.
